Single storey side extension
We extended this already beautiful property in Penn Hill with a side extension and new kitchen/diner.
Internal refurb - New kitchen/diner
Whilst building this, we replaced the floor, added bi-folding doors, added an opening roof light and added an integrated Sonos sound system.
Extensive roof repairs to a beautiful property near Durley Chine.
Replacement windows, facias, cladding
Transformed the look of this dorma bungalow with new windows, fascia’s, soffits, deep flow guttering, light grey cladding finished off with a stunning composite front door.
Decking install - Verwood
Built a long run of decking including steps, hand rails and installed a stretch of trellis fencing.
Drew the architectural plans for this single storey rear extension and ground floor remodel with new kitchen install and landscaped stoned paviours no less.
Landscape gardening - Bournemouth
Created a raised garden patio and retaining wall with reclaimed sleepers, old style bricks and finished off nicely with an outdoor wood burning stove.
Cottage renovation - Christchurch
New wood floor in 420 year old thatched cottage, wood panelling on all walls. Damp proofed the floor and injected the brickwork with new damp course. The cob walls and brickwork have been covered with a permaseal damp proof membrane and water proof render and plaster.
Another project in the Branksome area of Poole/Bournemouth. This time were building a grand three story extension overlooking a beautiful area of woodland.
Chimney build/wood burner install - Hurn
Built a double sided chimney ready for the double sided log burner, oak flooring and skirtings.
Roof lantern installation - Parley
Constructed a new warm deck roof and installed a large acute angled roof lantern in Parley.
Constructed a garden room in beautiful oak with exposed beams, vaulted ceiling and bi-folding doors.
Bungalow extension - Ferndown
1950’s bungalow extension to make a large lounge/kitchen/diner leading on to a landscaped garden.
Warm deck roof construction - Poole
Constructed a new warm deck roof and installed a skypod/roof lantern with smart controlled LED lights.
Provided architectural plans and advice for a large rear extension and loft conversion at Hengistbury Head.
Cladding and windows - Southbourne
Transformed with stunning dark grey cladding. We also renewed the facias, soffits, guttering and replaced the windows.
Front garden - Moordown
Rectified a front garden drainage issue, tidied the crumbling edge of driveway + dressed with decorative stone to match existing.
Provided architectural plans and built a large rear extension with roof lantern.
New build - Tuckton
Built on the waters edge in Tuckton, this beautiful new build property for one very lucky customer.
Boat Canopy - Talbot Heath
Constructed a boat canopy for a lovely customer of ours, with a weather resistant roof to keep the leaves at bay.
